Family calendar
Every appointment, club and birthday in one shared view. Set things to repeat, get a gentle nudge before you actually need to leave, and connect a Google or Outlook calendar, or any iCal link, so it stays up to date on its own.
Routines, calendars, meals, lists, star rewards and more, all in one warm app that syncs across the kitchen tablet and every family phone. Calmer mornings and gentler bedtimes start here.
Free for 30 days, then one small subscription for the whole household.
Built for real families:
parents, kids and everyone in between.
Right now, the calendar lives in one app, the to-do list in another, the chore chart on the fridge and the meal plan in someone's head. Hubbly brings it all together in one shared hub.
Every appointment, club and birthday in one shared view. Set things to repeat, get a gentle nudge before you actually need to leave, and connect a Google or Outlook calendar, or any iCal link, so it stays up to date on its own.
A friendly checklist for each child: make the bed, brush teeth, pack the bag. Every tick earns a star, and a warm sunrise progress bar shows just how close they are to all done.
As the evening draws in, Hubbly slips into a calm, starlit dark theme. Bath, pyjamas, a story: a gentle wind-down routine that helps the whole house settle. Quiet hours dim the screen and hush the sounds so nothing jangles before bed.
Give each child a weekly allowance with a running balance and a tidy log of every top-up and treat. Pocket money without the envelopes.
Kids spend the stars they earn in a reward shop you set: choose dinner, extra screen time, a trip to the park. Finishing a routine sets off a happy burst of confetti.
Children can tuck their stars away for a few days and earn a little bonus when the time is up: a gentle, hands-on first lesson in saving and patience.
Plan breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the week from a tap-to-add library of family favourites. No more “what’s for tea?”
A trip planner for everything from a day out to a fortnight away. Move a trip from idea to planning to booked, build a day-by-day itinerary, tick off the packing list, and keep half an eye on the budget, then drop the whole trip onto the family calendar as a colourful band.
Shopping, to-do, or any list you like, with categories and recurring items that quietly tick themselves back on for next week.
Colourful little notes pinned right to the dashboard: the guest WiFi, a reminder, a “well done you” for whoever needs to see it.
Two-minute tooth-brushing, ten-minute tidy-up: quick-start presets and a floating timer that follows you around the app so you never lose track.
Keep track of who needs what, and when. Log a dose and Hubbly quietly works out when the next one is due, then reminds you.
Log pages, chapters or whole books each evening, keep a list of every book finished together, and earn stars for keeping the habit going. A quiet little corner of the app that sits beautifully beside the bedtime routine.
Every family member gets a wishlist: birthdays, Christmas or just-because. Kids can put their stars towards a wish, and grown-ups quietly mark gifts as claimed, ordered and given so nobody doubles up.
A friendly analogue clock that teaches the time through play: read the clock, set the hands, and level up from o’clock all the way to the exact minute, earning a few stars along the way.
And more on the way
Every feature included from day one, nothing locked behind a paywall, and every update included in your subscription.
I'm your family's tiny home helper, a snug little hub who quietly looks after the day. I curl up on whatever screen you've got: the kitchen tablet, the phones in your pockets, a spare iPad on the sofa. No shouting, no nagging, just gentle nudges and a whole lot of love. ☁️✨
Pop me on the counter, kettle on, and let's have a lovely little day together.
No sign-up forms, no inviting people by email. Hubbly joins your family's devices together with a single code, and the same hub appears on all of them.
Download Hubbly on one phone or tablet and run the quick setup wizard: add everyone, pick their colours and emoji, done.
Every other device joins by typing one little code. No accounts, no email addresses, no passwords for anyone, kids included.
Pop a tablet on the kitchen counter if you have one. Add something anywhere and every screen shows it the moment you save.
If you have a phone or tablet that runs the App Store or Play Store, you have Hubbly. Android or Apple, the same family hub on every screen. No new hardware to buy from us, no Hubbly-specific tablet to chase.
No special hardware required, just the screens already in your home.
Hubbly gives every member of the household exactly what they need, and nothing they don't. Tap a star or swipe to flip between scenarios.
The whole week in one glance, and one less thing to hold in your head.
The 5pm dinner panic, gone: tonight's meal is on the planner, the ingredients are already on the shopping list.
Both grown-ups add events to the same calendar from their phones. No more 'I told you about that on Tuesday'.
PE kit Wednesday, swimming Thursday: the kids see what to bring before they leave the house.
Google and Outlook calendars plug straight in, so work meetings, birthdays and school holidays all sit side by side.
Medication reminders so the antibiotic gets given at 8 and again at 8, with one tap to log each dose.
Pocket money tracked against the chores that earned it. No more 'where did my fiver go?'
Routines that feel like a game, with a page that belongs to them.
Wake up to a friendly checklist: brush teeth, get dressed, pack the bag. Tick, tick, tick.
Every job done earns a star, with a mini celebration when the whole routine is finished.
Spend stars in a shop the grown-ups set: extra screen time, choose dinner, or pick something from your wishlist.
Tuck stars into a star investment and collect a little bonus when it grows.
A streak bonus for keeping the routine going, morning after morning.
Bedtime that ends with a soft photo screensaver, not a glowing screen.

Start your free trialFounding families - the first 100 households - pay £2.99/month or £29.99/year and keep that rate for as long as they stay subscribed. They also get every pack, free, forever.
Prices in GBP; your app store shows the equivalent in your local currency. Optional extras (looks, quote packs and other one-time packs from £0.99, or the £6.99 everything bundle) are cosmetic treats - every family feature above is included in the subscription.
Hubbly holds the little details of your family's day, so we treat it with the care it deserves. Here's the short version; the long version is in our plain-English privacy policy.
Your family's data travels over HTTPS/TLS and is encrypted at rest in Google Cloud. Only devices that have joined your family can see it.
Hubbly has no advertising and never sells your data. Children are never profiled or marketed to.
A device can only see your data if it has joined your family with your code. No public profiles, no strangers.
Leave your family or wipe everything in a couple of taps. Your data is yours; take it or remove it whenever you like.

We've used family apps. Most stuff the features you actually want behind surprise paywalls, sell your attention, or quietly harvest more than they need. We didn't want to build that.
Hubbly is one small subscription for your whole household - every feature, every device, no feature-gating games. It keeps the lights on, pays for the syncing and the servers, and means the product only wins when your family genuinely wants to keep it. The little theme packs are optional treats, never keys to features.
No ads. No data sold. No paywalled basics. No pressure on kids - ever.

Hubbly is free to use for 30 days, with every feature available so you can try it properly. No payment details are needed to start. You can even extend the trial for free by trying things out: connecting a calendar or inviting another device adds extra days, and referring a friend gives both families a free month. If it’s not for you, nothing charges you when the trial ends.
Hubbly is free for 30 days, no card needed. After that it’s £4.99 a month or £44.99 a year (about 25% less), and one subscription covers your whole household on every phone and tablet. The first 100 households get our founders rate of £2.99 a month or £29.99 a year, and they keep that lower price for as long as they stay subscribed. Your app store shows the equivalent in your local currency before you confirm anything.
Honest answer: Hubbly keeps your family in sync across every device, in real time, and that means servers running every single day. A small subscription pays for exactly that, and it means no ads and no selling your data, ever. It also keeps us honest: Hubbly only earns money while it’s genuinely earning its place in your home. The optional one-time packs are cosmetic treats, never features; everything your family actually uses is in the subscription.
No. One subscription covers your whole household. Parents, kids, grandparents, carers: everyone joins with a family code. Up to 5 devices are included, the kitchen tablet plus everyone’s phones, and you can swap an old device out for a new one whenever you like. Big or multi-generation family? A one-time add-on expands your family to 10 or 15 devices.
Little one-time treats: looks and themes for the app, quote packs, sound packs, sticker packs, seasonal looks and a Back to School starter pack. You buy a pack once and it unlocks for your whole household. There’s also an everything bundle that covers all of them, present and future, and you can gift the bundle to another family with a code. A grown-up PIN protects all purchases, and no pack ever unlocks a family feature - those are all in the subscription.
Nothing dramatic, and nothing sneaky. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for (or the end of your trial). After that, your family’s data is kept safe for 30 days in case you come back, and then deleted. If you’d rather not wait, you can delete everything immediately in the app, any time.
Subscriptions and packs go through Google Play or the Apple App Store, so refunds are handled by your app store under its refund policy: request one from your store’s order history. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected, and we honour any refund the law requires. Cancelling is always free and instant from your store’s subscriptions page, and the trial is a full 30 days with every feature unlocked, so you can be completely sure before you spend a penny.
Hubbly is built for Android and iOS, on both phones and tablets, and an Android phone can happily share a family with an iPad. It is designed to live on a kitchen tablet as the family’s always-on hub, and to sync to everyone’s phones so you can check the plan or tick something off from anywhere. There is no special Hubbly tablet to buy: use the screens you already own.
No, and that’s deliberate. Hubbly has no child logins at all. A grown-up sets up one family, and children simply use the shared hub. Their routines, stars and pages are surfaces a parent creates and controls. Kids get a space that feels like theirs without ever handing over an email address or a password.
Yes. Your family’s data is saved on the device as well as synced to the cloud, so Hubbly keeps working offline. If the WiFi drops, the kitchen tablet carries on and you can still add and change things; when you’re back online, those changes sync to the rest of the family’s devices.
Privacy is built into how Hubbly works. Hubbly has no adverts, never sells your data, and never profiles children. Data travels encrypted over HTTPS/TLS and is encrypted at rest in Google Cloud, and a device can only see your family’s data once it has joined with your private code. Read the full detail in our Privacy Policy.
One device creates the family and gets a 6-digit code. Every other phone or tablet joins by typing that code, no account, no sign-up forms. From then on, plan tomorrow on the kitchen tablet, tick chores off on your phone, drop the after-school pickup into the calendar from anywhere and the kitchen tablet shows it for the whole family the moment you save. The same family hub is right there on every joined device.
You can also link a Google or Apple sign-in as an optional safety net: it ties an email address to your family that’s only used to recover your family hub if every device ever gets wiped at once. Apart from that, no email is required.
That’s one of the lovely ways to use it. Set a tablet up as your kitchen display and Hubbly keeps the screen awake, drifts into a photo screensaver when the room’s quiet, and springs back to the family dashboard the moment someone taps. Big type and bright colours make it readable from across the kitchen. Any Android tablet or iPad on the counter can become the family hub, and if you don’t have a spare one, Hubbly works beautifully across just your phones.
Reminders are opt-in and gentle. Hubbly can nudge you before an event (with time to actually leave the house) and when a medication dose is due. They’re scheduled on the device, respect your Quiet Hours, and you can turn them off entirely whenever you like.
You’re never locked in. Cancel your subscription any time from the Google Play or App Store subscriptions page; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing bills you after that. In the app you can leave your family to disconnect a device, remove old devices from Settings, and delete your whole family’s data in a couple of taps. After access ends, your data is kept safe for 30 days and then deleted, or you can delete it immediately yourself.
It's coming soon to Android and iOS. When it lands, the whole app is free to use for 30 days, then one small subscription for the whole household.
